		<description>Is there any plans to introduce support for camel case when using the ctrl-alt-space 'type name completion'? eg: 

if i wanted a method :

public ApplicationContext GetApplicationContext(int contextId) { }

i could do:

public AC[ctrl-alt-space] GetApplicationContext(int contextid) { }

similarly for method parameters, member variables etc.</description>
