Indeed, there is a problem with availability of a bundled license in recent EAP builds. We're working on solving the problem right now.
Until it's settled, please use a temporary license available on the &lt;a href="http://confluence.jetbrains.net/display/ReSharper/ReSharper+7+EAP" rel="nofollow"&gt;EAP page&lt;/a&gt;.
Please excuse us for the confusion.</description>

		<description>After installing build 59 I do not get the free evaluation period option.  The option is grayed out and it says "Free evaluation not available."  There's a line in a yellow box towards the top that says "Free evalution period has expired."</description>
