Sun's demo shows the capabilities of the J2EE platform. And IntelliJ IDEA is an IDE, it does help you with developement productivity, but it does not provide you with an entirely new framework or platform. The only demo in this list that requires a sample project is GoogleSearch plugin. You can download the plugin from the Plugin Repository at http://plugins.intellij.net/plugins/view/?id=GoogleSearch or using Plugin Manager in IntelliJ IDEA.
