I think you forgot to include this build/version into the issue tracker. Last version I see is 95.413 but my 9.0.3 seems to be 95.429.

It seems to be happening in the latest Chrome 6 Dev release but working correctly in Firefox. Might be a browser bug.

The download for OSX isn’t working for me. The file downloads, but it seems incomplete. The file is only 41.9 MB.
