Life can be a b###h sometimes.
How about this, imagine you work for a company and charge them a certain daily rate. Then you go and work for another company at a lower daily rate. Would it be fair for the first company to maon about this and try to reclaim all the money that they paid you above this new daily rate? Of course not!
