That is just awesome news. I love Play! and having it supported by IDEA 11 is great!

This is great! It took an extra step for me to get it working. When I go to Tools -> Play with Playframework and then try to set the location of Play, I get:
/home/jamesw/play-1.2.3/play.sh does not exist
If I symlink play.sh to play then the play console works.
I’ll submit an issue.

I find navigation bar is quite useless for me. Hopefully re-designed version will be as easy to disable as the current one.

Need to revert to previous build because this build cannot open my Android project

There doesn’t seem to be a Scala plugin for this build. Is that a known issue?

opensas,
No. Play Framework, like all other Web frameworks supported by IntelliJ IDEA, will only be available in IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate.
