IntelliJ IDEA 11.1 RC2
March 21st, 2012 by yoleThe new Release Candidate build of IntelliJ IDEA 11.1, available today, includes quite a large assortment of fixes. We’ve fixed most of the remaining known issues with the Subversion 1.7 integration, solved a few major performance problems, cleaned up the settings UI, fixed many user-reported exceptions, and so on and so forth.
As usual, you can download the new build from the EAP page or use “Check for updates” to update from within the IDE, and check out the complete release notes. And you still have some time to report the remaining problems and see them fixed in the final 11.1 release — please post them to YouTrack if you find any bugs or inconveniences.

Check for update doesn’t work on Linux Ubuntu 32 bits, as usual.

Two issues:
1. Pressing ‘Update and Restart’ does not update but opens browser window.
2. Antialiasing is screwed up in win7 http://gyazo.com/f64ae105f1346f9fec8563b0d42b8340

It looks like the anti-aliasing setting for the editor is opposite to that set in idea.properties.

What happens with fonts?!

It seems there’s a problem with your download server, I get 404 for each page (e.g. http://download-ln.jetbrains.com/idea/IU-117.21-117.37-patch-mac.jar), same problem as @OlegYch.

The issue with anti-aliasing happens to me too. Running under Ubuntu Oneiric 32bit.
The node.js plugin does not work with this build. I am doing node development so unfortunately I cannot use this build.

Something has happened to my editor font.
It looks really odd on linux. I’m using Java 7 .02 to run idea.
