What is YouTrack? It is a modern issue tracker, with keyboard navigation and google-like user interface. If you are used to IntelliJ IDEA shortcuts, you will find out most of them work in YouTrack (e.g. Alt-Insert to insert a new bug). You can also navigate very easily using arrow keys, so managing your issues is much faster than using mouse all the time. You can also update multiple issues at once and do complex queries with almost human sentences.
