Easy issues linking
July 30th, 2009 by Vadim GurovConsider you have to create a link from one issue to another. You select “Link->Relates to” from menu, or type “relates to” and get the following dialog:
At this moment it appears that you do not remember target issue number. What to do? Use text search right here:
Navigate to desired issue and press Tab:
Bingo.

Is “relates to” a self defined link type or a link type you ship with charisma eap#45?
We use charisma since eap#32: There is no link type “relates to” defined in our charisma installation.
What is the definition of this link type (what are the values for name, inward, outward, directed)?
BTW: Nice feature. Very nice.

rosch75:
I’ve installed EAP#32 and the Relates link type seems to be there predefined.
Name: Relate
Inward name: is related to
Outward name: relates to
Type: directed, but it could very well be set as non-directed.
